Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final and nonrefundable unless the performance is cancelled.
All programs, dates, times and prices are subject to change without notice.

Tickets are not exchangeable, except for tickets sold between April 1 and April 30, 2010, which may be exchanged depending on availability, and the tickets must be presented to the Box Office 4 business days prior to the scheduled performance in order for it to be processed. There is a $10 per ticket processing fee to exchange tickets.

Lost Tickets

There is 1 x $1.00 per ticket replacement fee for lost tickets.

Ticket Donation

If you are unable to attend the performance, your tickets can be donated for income tax deduction if requested. To receive recognition as donation, the tickets must be returned to NTDTV-SF office at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled performance.
